Jim Eisenhart, Principal
Jim co-founded Clearpath with a vision of building a team that is empowered to dream big and is driven to make it happen. Jim strives to unlock purpose and ingenuity of those around him. Jim and Clearpath have been very fortunate to develop deep and lasting relationships. He loves to be a part of a team that brings out the best in each other. This ultimately ends up in “creating value” in our projects for our partners, stakeholders and the communities we serve. He is a graduate from the University of Missouri, Columbia – The Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. Away from Clearpath, Jim loves to spend time with his wife and kids and extended family.

Casey Urkevich, Principal
Our deep relationships with our partners, investors, and vendors are the cornerstone of our organization. As a company cofounder, Casey believes that relationships are the foundation of our business and that our success is a result of alignment with our partners. He is passionate at wealth creation, but always operates with an “integrity above all” approach. He has an undergraduate Finance and Real Estate degree and an MBA from the University of Missouri, Columbia – The Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. When away from the office, he loves to spend time with his wife and kids and coaches several kids’ sports activities.

Missy Moore, Vice President of Operations
As a member of the team since 2012, Missy strives for excellent customer relationships. As a Real Estate Broker with a background in finance, she managers the operations of our commercial investment portfolio, including market analysis, closings, and assisting with project management. In her free time, she enjoys designing homes and spending time with her husband and son while traveling.

Connor Eisenhart, Private Equity Associate
Connor’s primary responsibilities include organization, execution, and completion of specific projects in areas such as finance, development, construction, and marketing. He graduated with a Finance and Real Estate degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia – Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business. Away from the office, he enjoys pickleball and being outdoors.
